Reward of TUBITAK to Bayursan |

“Special Purpose Group Crane” project, developed by Bayursan was awarded by TUBITAK*. The project developed for the entering ability of the hook blocks to the adjacent hall in case the overhead cranes work in adjacent halls, by this way to transfer the materials from one hall to adjacent hall in the highest level and the ability of performing the assembly operations easily together in both halls was deemed worthy as a complimentary reward by TUBITAK.
 Crane Hook
It is appreciated that our overhead cranes manufactured for the ability of entering the hook blocks to adjacent halls, transferring materials from one hall to the adjacent hall at the highest level and the ability of performing the assembly operations together easily were rewarded complimentarily at the honor level by TUBITAK.Generally the cranes are worked in ± % 10 speed tolerances by electrical and electronic control. One of the most important features of the above project is that the speed tolerances are decreased to ± % 2 and controlled mechanically. Such an example has not applied in the world before. Besides, the hook block with 10/1 rope reeving of the main hoist units of this project doesn’t have any application both in Türkiye and abroad generally. The reason of using this kind of rope reeving is to provide maximum sensitivity for the required minimum hoisting speeds. *TÜBİTAK: The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey |
